Everyone comes from somewhere. I come from Brooklyn and The Village Voice.
The Voice was where I discovered I could actually be a writer and that I loved journalism.
Below are a few of my favorite pieces. (This page was thrown up kind of quickly, but I hope to come back to add some details and stories.)

The Veggies were the Voice's infamous softball team. We played on Central Park's Great Lawn (yes, it was that important that we travelled uptown). We were obnoxious as hell and a dynasty in the Publisher's League. Lots of history was made beating Time Magazine, The New York Times, Harpers, etc. We even made it to the NY Post's Page 6.
